I have used your spices for about 6 years and I have always been happy with them. This garlic powder is nothing like the garlic powder I have used for years. I’ve always bought the smaller version (both small and large just say garlic powder) so I was excited to buy a larger size. The problem is that the larger size has the consistency of a facial powder while the smaller version has a texture. I don’t like the consistency of the larger size, in fact I took a picture of the two side by side and you can see the difference. I don’t understand why there is such a difference.
