
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons Badia Butter Steak Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Badia Minced Garlic in Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil and Badia Butter Steak
- Seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet or cast iron pan over high heat. Add steak bites in a single
- layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired
- doneness. Work in batches if needed.
- Remove steak bites from the pan and reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the
- skillet. Once melted, stir in BadiaMinced Garlic in Olive Oil and cook until
- fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
