
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Badia SPG (Salt, Pepper & Garlic)
- 1/2 tsp Badia Paprika
- 2–3 tbsp baking powder
- Coffee Pepper BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Badia Coffee Pepper Rub
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Badia SPG (Salt, Pepper & Garlic)
Method
- Prepare the Wings
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Badia SPG, Badia Paprika, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
- Cook the Wings
- Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F for 20–23 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Oven: Bake at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
- Make the Coffee Pepper BBQ Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, Badia Coffee Pepper Rub, orange juice, brown sugar, and Badia SPG. Simmer over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and glossy.
- Toss & Serve
- Toss the cooked wings in the Coffee Pepper BBQ sauce or serve on the side for dipping. Serve hot and enjoy.
