Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Badia Taco Seasoning
- ½ cup water
- ½ white onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salsa of choice

- Prepare the tortillas: Heat a dry skillet or griddle over medium heat. Warm the corn tortillas one by one, flipping until soft and slightly charred. Keep them warm in a clean kitchen towel.
- Assemble the tacos: Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, then top with chopped white onion and fresh cilantro.
- Serve: Add a squeeze of lime and a spoonful of Guajillo Chili Salsa or your favorite salsa.
- Optional toppings:
- Crumbled queso fresco
- Sliced radishes
