Parmesan Truffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes, scrubbed and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into ½-inch thick fries.
  3. Add potatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt to a
  4. large bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread fries onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Flip fries with a spatula and continue baking for another 10
  7. minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove fries from the oven and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and
  9. fresh parsley. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  10. Serve warm alongside Garlic Butter Steak Bites.
