
Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes, scrubbed and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into ½-inch thick fries.
- Add potatoes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt to a
- large bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread fries onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Flip fries with a spatula and continue baking for another 10
- minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove fries from the oven and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and
- fresh parsley. Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Serve warm alongside Garlic Butter Steak Bites.
