
Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup Badia Mojo Marinade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Badia® Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tsp Badia® Cumin
- 1 tsp Badia® Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Badia® Smoked Paprika
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Method
- In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine the lamb chops with Badia® Mojo Marinade, olive oil, Badia® Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Badia® Cumin, Badia® Garlic Powder, and Badia® Smoked Paprika. Mix well to coat the chops evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, for maximum flavor.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Grill or sear each lamb chop for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pair these lamb chops with roasted vegetables, a light cucumber salad, or Badia Quinoa. Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve with lemon wedges.
