- 1 lb carrots, peeled and halved
- 1–2 tsp Badia Ranch Seasoning
- Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for drizzling)
- Toppings
- Tri-color sesame seeds
- Flaky sea salt
- Honey, for drizzling
Method
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Season the Carrots
- Place carrots on a baking sheet. Drizzle with Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with Badia Ranch Seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
- Roast
- Spread carrots in a single layer and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until tender and golden, flipping halfway through if desired.
- Finish & Serve
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with tri-color sesame seeds, flaky sea salt, and a drizzle of honey. Serve warm and enjoy.
