
Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen sweet corn
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1–2 tablespoons Badia Lime Pepper
Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn and cook until toasted and
- lightly charred, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer corn to a large bowl and let cool slightly.
- Add sour cream, feta cheese, jalapeño, cilantro, and fresh lime juice.
- Season with Badia Lime Pepper and mix until evenly combined.
- Garnish with additional cilantro and serve with corn chips, tacos, grilled chicken,
- or shrimp.
