Ingredients
- Pork Shoulder
- Badia Mojo Marinade
- Traditional Cuban Bread
- Sliced Mild Sweet Ham
- Baby Swiss Cheese
- Sliced Dill Pickles
Directions
- Marinate a pork shoulder in 2 cups Badia Mojo Sauce for 4 hours
- Bake until tender and shred pork into small pieces
- Slice Cuban bread lengthwise in 8 inch pieces horizontally and butter the inside
- Toast buttered side in a frying pan
- Add shredded Mojo pork
- Top with sliced ham, Baby Swiss cheese, and pickle slices
- Press in a Panini or bacon press until sandwich is half the original size and cheese is melted
