- 28 oz frozen bag of Steak Fries
- 3 tsp Badia Black Garlic Pink Salt

- 3 tbsp Badia Black Garlic in Water
- 3 tsp Badia All-Purpose Black Garlic Seasoning
- Badia Organic Tri-Color Sesame Seeds
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, soften
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Pan-Seared Merlot Strip Steak
- 1 (6 ounce) lean, grass-fed New York Strip Steak
- 1 tsp Badia Merlot Salt
- 2 pats of Butter
- 1 tsp Badia Black Garlic Minced in Water
Raspberry Sorbet with Citrus Salt
- 16 oz Frozen Raspberry Gelato Sorbet
- 6 oz Fresh Raspberries

Directions
Black Truffle Corn Salad
- Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl, chill for 1 hour (minimum) and serve.
Crispy Fries with Black Garlic Pink Salt
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Combine potatoes, Badia Black Garlic Pink Salt in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and toss well to coat.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with Badia Black Garlic Pink Salt.
- Bake at 450 for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 minutes.
- Serve with Creamy Black Garlic Dip.
Creamy Black Garlic Dip
- Combine ingredients in mixer or mix by hand.
- Scoop into serving bowl and top with Badia Organic Tai-Color Sesame Seeds.
- Serve with Crispy Fries with Black Garlic Pink Salt.
Pan-Seared Merlot Strip Steak
- Put 2 pats of Butter in a dish with 1 tsp of Badia Black Garlic Minced in Water.
- Let steak stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Sprinkle Badia Merlot Salt evenly over steak.
- Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat add steak to pan.
- Cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
- Remove steak from pan.
- Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
- Spoon the butter mixture over steak.
