Ingredients

Black Truffle Corn Salad

  • 1 can (11 ounces) vacuum packed Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 8 Cherry Tomates, halved
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup (2 ounces) Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Badia Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Badia Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt

Crispy Fries with Black Garlic Pink Salt

  • 28 oz frozen bag of Steak Fries
  • 3 tsp Badia Black Garlic Pink Salt

Creamy Black Garlic Dip

  • 3 tbsp Badia Black Garlic in Water
  • 3 tsp Badia All-Purpose Black Garlic Seasoning
  • Badia Organic Tri-Color Sesame Seeds
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, soften
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Pan-Seared Merlot Strip Steak

  • 1 (6 ounce) lean, grass-fed New York Strip Steak
  • 1 tsp Badia Merlot Salt
  • 2 pats of Butter
  • 1 tsp Badia Black Garlic Minced in Water

Raspberry Sorbet with Citrus Salt

  • 16 oz Frozen Raspberry Gelato Sorbet
  • 6 oz Fresh Raspberries
  • Badia Citrus Salt

Directions

Black Truffle Corn Salad

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl, chill for 1 hour (minimum) and serve.

Crispy Fries with Black Garlic Pink Salt

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F. 
  2. Combine potatoes, Badia Black Garlic Pink Salt in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and toss well to coat. 
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with Badia Black Garlic Pink Salt. 
  5. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 minutes. 
  6. Serve with Creamy Black Garlic Dip.

Creamy Black Garlic Dip

  1. Combine ingredients in mixer or mix by hand.
  2. Scoop into serving bowl and top with Badia Organic Tai-Color Sesame Seeds.
  3. Serve with Crispy Fries with Black Garlic Pink Salt.

Pan-Seared Merlot Strip Steak

  1. Put 2 pats of Butter in a dish with 1 tsp of Badia Black Garlic Minced in Water.
  2. Let steak stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Sprinkle Badia Merlot Salt evenly over steak.
  4. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat add steak to pan.
  5. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
  6. Remove steak from pan.
  7. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
  8. Spoon the butter mixture over steak.
  9. Enjoy!
