- Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Badia Honey Granules
- 1/2 tsp Badia Peppercorn Mélange Grinder
- 1/2 tsp Badia Kosher Salt
- 2 (4 oz) Filet Mignon Steaks
- Set oven rack about 3 inches from the heat and preheat the ovens broiler.
- Combine the Badia Honey Granules, Badia Kosher Salt and Badia Peppercorn Mélange in a small bowl.
- Place the steaks on the prepared broiler pan and spread the mixture over the top.
- Broil in the preheated oven 5 minutes, turn steaks
- Spread the remaining mixture over top, and broil to desired degree of doneness, 5 to 9 minutes longer.
- Serve with baked potatoes seasoned with Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt
