Ingredients

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1  (24 oz) jar Marinara Sauce
  • 8 oz of Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1 tsp Badia Mojo Rub Citrus Blend

Italian Meatballs Ingredients

  • 1 Onion, grated
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Badia Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Badia Mojo Rub Citrus Blend
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2  cup of Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Italian Meatballs Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix the Onion, Eggs, Worcestershire Sauce, Parmesan Cheese, Badia Italian Seasoning, Badia Mojo Rub Citrus Blend, mix well.
  2. Crumble ground beef into a mixture and mix with your hands until combined. Then add Breadcrumbs and continue to mix the ingredients until everything is combined and sticks together. Add more breadcrumbs if needed. Shape into balls.
  3. Line your baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the meatballs on the sheet & bake at 400°F for 18 minutes.

Sauce Instructions

  1. Spoon half the marinara along with the Badia Mojo Rub Citrus Blend and sauce them into a large baking dish.
  2. Then arrange the meatballs in the dish, cover with the remaining sauce.
  3. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes at 375°F until sauce is heated through.
  4. Remove the dish from the oven and top the meatballs with the mozzarella.
  5. Put the dish back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
  6. Enjoy.
