- 1/2 tsp Badia Cranberry Granules
- Sparkling Dry White Wine, such as Prosecco, chilled
- Spoon Badia Cranberry Granules into a champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine by tilting glass and slowly pouring wine down side of flute. Mixture will foam as the wine react to the sugar in the cranberry sauce.
- Serve immediately.
It should be the consistency of honey. if too thick, add a little water.
