Ingredients
- 1 can (11 ouches) vacuum packed Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup (2 ounces) Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Badia Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Badia Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
- Chill a minimum of 1 hour.
- Serve.
