Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 ouches) vacuum packed Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes, halved 
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, finely chopped 
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup (2 ounces) Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed 
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 
  • 1/2 tsp Badia Oregano 
  • 1/2 tsp Badia Ground Cumin 
  • 1/4 tsp Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl. 
  2. Chill a minimum of 1 hour.
  3. Serve.
