Cinnamon-Honey Scotch Sour Cocktail

Cinnamon-Honey Syrup:

  • 2 Badia Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 cup honey


  • 2 ounces blended Scotch
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Badia Lemon Juice
  • ¾ ounce cinnamon-honey syrup


Make the syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil with the cinnamon sticks
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes
  • Stir in honey and refrigerate overnight
  • The next day, discard the cinnamon sticks

Make the cocktail:

  • Combine Scotch, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  • Shake vigorously into a rocks glass filled with ice
